HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE STALL AND FOODS

The only Chinese food stall near Kelana Puteri. The Chinese stall is situated in front of Kelana Puteri Condominium, Kelana Jaya (as shown in picture below). The owner or "Taukeh" of the stall is a chinese old man who stayed at Kelana Puteri Condominium.
He is doing this business for 5 years. According to him, he doing this business after get retired in order to earn money and he chose this location as it is near to his house. His wife will help to prepare the ingredients, pack the food, take order and payment from customers.
Normally, the chinese man and his wife will cut the ingredients before open the stall. The ingredients that they use daily are eggs, carrots, fishcakes, chickens/porks, bean sprouts, and spring onions.
There will be almost 80 customers who come to buy food daily. Only indians and chinese are his regular customers where Muslims will not buy as the food is non halal. Most of the customers are workers, students and those who staying nearby here.

We felt that the uncle should have some chairs and tables near to his stall as some customers might prefer to eat at the stall.
